Fiona Fowler is a former Chartered Accountant
and Finance Director. Throughout her career she
has inspired many men and women to achieve their
ambitions, whatever they might be, and has continued
this passion by taking a change in career and establishing
her own coaching business.
Fiona trained with the Coaching Academy (qualifying
with distinction), is a qualified NLP practitioner
and a member of the Association for Coaching. Her
considerable coaching expertise comes from working
with a wide variety of business and personal clients.
Having spent 11 years with Ernst & Young, in
the City and with GlaxoSmithKline plc, Fiona understands
the pressures, boundaries and expectations of the
corporate world (particularly within the Finance
sector) and the need to find a way of working that
meets others’ needs as well as your own. With
experience of running a business, and having worked
with entrepreneurs and sole traders, she understands
how easy it is to become immersed in immediate priorities
and risk losing sight of the future.
Her professional and business-like, but warm and
friendly approach makes it easy for clients to build
up the trust and rapport that are essential in a
successful coaching relationship where confidentiality
(of professional and personal information) is a
must.
The coaching profession is currently unregulated
but a good coach will either have followed an accredited
training programme, have several years’ experience
as a coach, and will have a programme of continued
professional development. Fiona has all of these.
She works with several associates – coaches
and others – to bring in extra or different
skills when required. She has a wider network of
trusted professionals and can recommend specialists
with a similar approach as her. |
